Part of the Saga series, paying tribute to their shared Danish Viking heritage and the three brothers Aulaf, Ivor, and Sitric who founded the cities of Limerick, Dublin, and Waterford.
The second saga known as Hlymreker is a single pot still whiskey aged in a first-fill Bourbon cask and then refilled into a cask sourced from Stauning Distillery in Denmark which was used to finish their Danish Rye whisky.
