Description
A premium single-grain Irish whiskey from Clonakilty that was matured in ex-bourbon for 10 years and then a further 2 years in ex-Bordeaux red wine casks.
This time in maturation has given an already stunning whiskey note of sweet red berries, strawberries, honey, vanilla, and a finish of wood spice and cracked pepper. Limited to 1400 bottles released.

Calling itself the Atlantic Distillery, Based in the Heritage town of Clonakilty, County Cork. Using grains grown on the Scully Family farm, who have farmed these wild Coatals lands for 9 successive generations and aging these spirits on the land from which they came. Using the naturally exposed headland near the Galley Head their maturation incorporates all aspects of this windswept southwestern coast of Ireland
