Boann Distillery is a relative newcomer in the Irish Whiskey Scene but they appeared with a bang. Winning many awards for their sourced whiskey bottlings and finishes but now with the addition of Michael Walsh, formerly of Dingle, they have continued their winning ways with multiple awards for their new make spirit and creative legacy mashbills. From milling to mashing, distilling, maturing, and bottling, every elegant mouthful of Boann Single Malt and Pot Still whiskey and craft gin is created within the quietude of our unique family distillery.
