Description
Single Cask #KDC091B, distilled by the Irish Killowen distillery exclusively for the Milan Whiskey Festival & Rum Show 2023.
This whiskey had a first maturation in a first fill 120 liter ex-Bourbon barrel (filled on 12.03.2020) known in barrel sector such as quarter cask, with the advantage of greater interaction with the wood but with a greater angel's share: the part of whiskey that evaporates during maturation.
Subsequently, it spent another 4 months in a cask of "funky" Killowen rum.
