Description
Deep, dark, opaque black-purple color stains the glass when swirled. The aromas are of opulent, sweet, rich, ripe cassis & elderberry fruit. Juicy, ripe elderberry flavors quickly gains crunchy grip. The fine, powerful tannins give the mid-palate a tight bitter licorice & graphite nature. Balanced alcohol accentuates the tannic grip. The finish displays smooth graphite with coffee & chocolate notes, concluding with high-toned, savory dark-fruit.
