Description
This 1 year old Korenwijn from Zuidam is of very high quality. The Korenwijn has a lighter and fruitier taste than the Very Old Genever from Zuidam. This is because the malt wine has been further distilled. After careful distillation, it is aged for at least twelve months in small barrels (190 liters) of American oak. These barrels give this gin a full, rich taste with delicate notes of vanilla, toffee and wood.
