Using grains grown on the Scully Family farm, who have farmed these wild Coatals lands for 9 successive generations and aging these spirits on the land from which they came. Using the naturally exposed headland near the Galley Head their maturation incorporates all aspects of this windswept southwestern coast of Ireland
