This release of the ever-popular Mildeton's Method & Madness series sees a first with an Irish single pot still finished in the rarest of oaks: Japanese Mizunara oak.
A 30-year-old Single Pot Still was matured in bourbon barrels for thirty years and then aged for a total of three years in this unique Mizunara puncheon from the land of the rising sun.
