Description
One of the earliest Casks to be filled after the installation of a new 1000L wash still at Baoilleach Distillery, this bottling is a follow-up of the same mash bill as the First Cut.
A Potstill mash bill with a long open-top fermentation which was then double distilled. Aged in a 30L seasoned Sherry Cask from mid-June until the cask was emptied in early August. Aged for 13 months. 54.4%
The cask had previously been used for Peat and Sherry Poitín.
All proceeds are to be donated to Cork Penny Dinners.
