Aged 7 years, 2 months, and 5 days -- and then bottled at 63.7% or 127.4 proof, 2015-02E is a hidden gem of Booker's Bourbon series. Cask strength and unfiltered, these barrels were left to mature on the middle floors of the warehouse.
This is where Booker believed the humidity and temperature came together to create the richest and most intense flavours.
