Description
Released by the Friends of Irish Whiskey Group a Baoilleach Distillery exclusive, Donegal Mountain Dew Trio.
The Son aged in Virgin Casks and finished in seasoned casks.
Sherry Wood 60.2% Vol - Aged in a toasted 50L Virgin Oak Cask and half the cask was finished in a seasoned cask with Olorosso and PX Sherry.
Port Wood 61.1% Vol - Aged in Virgin Oak cask and half-finished in seasoned cask with Special Reserve Port.
Marsala Wood 59.3% Vol - Aged in a toasted Virgin cask and finished in small seasoned cask with vintage Florio Marsala.
