Description
The 16-year-old has truly become a benchmark Islay dram from the Lagavulin distillery.
This 1980s example is from the much sought White Horse Distillers Release.
Part of the "Dark Decade" from the Distillery's History was when they were reduced to only distilling 2 days a week so making this an even more special bottling.
The Taste is a typical Lagavulin 16 but with a twist that sets it slightly apart from the typical taste profile that people know and love.
