Description
Mackillop's Choice is a range of independent bottlings from Iain Mackillop & Co, a subsidiary of Angus Dundee, the blending company from London that now also own Glencadam and Tomintoul distilleries.
This whisky was distilled on the 2nd of December 1970 and laid to rest in a single Cask #5073 before being bottled in June 2001.
The Bruichladdich distillery was sold off in 2001 and launched the peated Port Charlotte and heavily-peated Octomore single malts.
