The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskeys aim to take whiskey fans on a journey, back to rich smoky Irish Whiskey. At their new Ardara Distillery, Sliabh Liag will produce both Single Malt and Pot Still style whiskeys, highly differentiated and reflecting that authentic smoky style in which Donegal whiskey was made in the 19th century.
