From Rademon Estate, the first craft gin distillery in Northern Ireland, outside Downpatrick.
This small batch cask aged gin rests in European Oak barrels for 4 months from a Bordeaux wine estate.
Using botanicals from their home and from their travels to create a perfectly balanced gin.
