A very Special 16 Year old Single Malt Irish whiskey Finished in Pedro Ximenez Casks
Aged for 16 Years in Bourbon barrels before a final finishing a rich , sweet casks previously holding Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
A limited edition release of only 1300 Bottles this is nearly sold out and one of the few chances to get one.
Named after the Bar keepers that ran illicit subterranean drinking dens in the Liberties area where the new distillery is now based.
