Description
One of the First Cask strength bottling from the Sons & Daughters cask series from the Dingle Distillery.
As it was bottled at Cask strength this ultra Limited edition was an extremlty limited bottling aged in a tiny 25 Litre European Oak cask that was aged for just over 3 years.
This is only one of 23 Bottles yielded from this Cask.
The small cask size concentrated the flavour and the cask was pre-seasoned to give the cask plenty of influence on the new make spirit. Overall this gives it a flavour of a much older bottling.
A super-rare chance to buy one of these bottles.

Dingle
One of the first new breed of distilleries to release their own distillate, Dingle distillery has found a special place with Irish whiskey lovers all over the world. The distillery itself is based in a corner of Ireland in Co.Kerry but that has not stopped it gaining the attention of all with its releases since 2016. With its small batch production techniques, the volumes that it produces was always going to leave it highly sought after but even the most supportive observer of the dingle distillery have been surprised at the demand that they have found themselves in.
