Aged for 16 Years in Bourbon barrels before a final finishing a rich, sweet casks previously holding Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
A limited-edition release of only 1300 Bottles is nearly sold out and one of the few chances to get one.
Named after the Barkeepers that ran illicit subterranean drinking dens in the Liberties area where the new distillery is now based.
