Description
Hailing from the Eimverk distillery in Reykjavik, Iceland comes this first release Floki with a truly unique smoked malt. An old traditional Icelandic style uses sheep dung to smoke the barley, a process still used for traditional food preparation.
Previously termed "Young Malt", this 100% locally farmed Icelandic barley is now aged for 3 years and is therefore permitted to be called 'whisky' in its own right.
This is Bottle No. 57 from Barrel 6 of that first Single Malt batch, filled at 47%. 50CL
