Description
The Fifteenth release as part of the great Celtic Cask series from the Celtic Whiskey Shop on Dublin's Dawson Street. Distilled by an un- named distillery in 1991 and bottled in 2016
A single malt Irish whiskey aged initially aged in 22 years in a Bourbon cask and then the whiskey was then transferred into a specially sourced port pipe from one of Portugal's finest wine makers, Quinta do Noval. A further maturation period of over two years ensued to leave this as one of the finer bottlings in the range.
