The Legendary Ruby Silkie takes the Silkie Irish Whiskey range in a new direction. Finished for a total of 6 months in Ruby Port Casks, this expression elevates the Silkie flavour profile to new levels.
There is an aromatic floral resin character that dries the intrinsic salted caramel sweetness of the signature notes of green apple, and ginger and accentuates the peat smoke finish of Silkie Irish Whiskey.
