Made from 100% Irish malted barley, this stunning single-malt Irish Whiskey was initially matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The whiskey was then finished in a Rivesaltes ambré barrique from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France.

The additional Rivesaltes Cask finish adds delightful ripe plum and red grape notes which complement the caramel and vanilla backbone that the Bourbon casks provide. This limited-edition bottling is non-chill filtered, with no caramel colouring, and is bottled at natural cask strength of 55.90%, only one of 432 created.
Initially Matured in Ex-Bourbon Barrels for 14 years.
