The Old Carrick Mill Distillery, the first distillery in Co. Monaghan for over 150 years, will launch a new cask bottling day experience in March 2025.

You and three of your choosing can be among the first people to experience this new full-day VIP experience with the team from Old Carrick Mill.

Old Carrick Mill will soon be opening up interest to their cask programme with a twist, smaller casks of 16 Litres or 32 litres are filled and rested until ready for bottling.

These casks have been seasoned with the best Sherry options & other finishes.

On the day you and your friends will be taken on a tasting tour of the current Old Carrick Mill portfolio of whiskeys, then a 16 Litre pre-rested cask will be selected from their maturation warehouse and you will each get to bottle and take home a 700ml hand bottled and signed Old Carrick Mill cask finished whiskey.

Not an experience to be missed, the new Old Carrick Mill cask bottling experience will launch in early December 2024.
