From The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, this is their first beer matured blend malt.

In collaboration with Tempest Brewing Company they gave them a first filled Kentucky Bourbon cask that was used by Tempest to mature their IPA Old Fashioned. Once the beer was finished it was returned to SMWS which used it to age an 11 year old Speyside whisky for a further 14 months and blended it with selected malts from first fill sherry hogsheads.

All proceeds will be given to the Help Alice Beat Cancer Fund.

We’re raising €550,000 to get Alice access to life-saving cancer drugs in a clinical trial at the Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Cancer Centre in New York. We need to raise this amount by Christmas 2022 to ensure that she is enrolled in the next available trial group (early 2023).
