Description
Hinch 10-year-old sherry cask is initially matured for 10 years in American Oak, before being finished for a minimum of 6 months in the finest 30-year-old Oloroso Sherry casks from the Bodega Garvey in Jerez.
The distillery takes its name from the nearby town of Ballynahinch, whose name in Irish translates as ‘town of the island’.
