Description
A 17-Year-Old double distilled single malt which was distilled at the Cooley Distillery in 2002 and bottled by W.D. O'Connell Whiskey Merchants. This small-batch limited release only has 370 bottles and was initially matured for seventeen years in first-fill Bourbon barrels before being finished for six months in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Well-rounded flavors of red berry coulis, light spice, and some oak tannins.
