Still a family owned company, Camus sold mainly to the Tzars of Russia until the revolution. They managed to avoid bankruptcy in the 1960s by striking a deal with American traders under the name of „Duty Free Shoppers”, a relationship which is as strong today as it was back in the 1960
Camus bottled this book decanter as a Vieille Reserve– to celebrate bicentenary of birth Emperor Napoleon 1769-1969
