Collectors are preserving the history of Irish whiskey every bit as much as producers are creating its future.I think many people forget that, in your good rooms, your offices, your whiskey rooms, your man caves, your she-sheds, your wardrobes and even your attics ( we don't advise this!) , there are pieces of Irish Whiskey History being kept for posterity.
