As part of the auction process you must ensure that your items are received by our staff in good time for preparation for the next available auction. We do not accept any liability for bottles delivered late missing a scheduled auction. Responsibility for your items is only accepted by Irish Whiskey Auctions Ltd when your items have been inspected by our staff.
There are 4 Methods of delivering your items to Irish whiskey Auctions for listing in our next available auction
Bottles must be properly packaged by the seller. Please note that couriers do not insure against breakages and all responsibility for the item is strictly with the sender. Please use a Strong Cardboard Box and lots of protective padding such as bubble wrap, air sac, packing paper.
You are welcome to deliver any items personally to our offices in Dundalk, Please note our opening hours. It is best advice to call the office beforehand to schedule your delivery time so we know to expect you. Our address can be found at the bottom of every page on the website or by googling us.
At one of our depots.
You can, by arrangement through our office deliver your items for our next auction to one of our designated drop off points. We currently have drop off points in Dublin City Centre and Belfast but we are hoping to add more around the country. Please note you must take care and protect your items with some protective packaging before leaving them to our depots. Neither Irish Whiskey Auctions nor our receiving partners accept responsibility for your items until they are inspected in our Dundalk Offices.

If you have a high value collection that you are hoping to list in our next available auction we may be able to arrange a collection by our staff. Collection is strictly by prior arrangement through our offices and may incur charges. Please contact our office staff to discuss availability.
